15th August 2022 – India is celebrating 75 years of Independence. On this day all the people of India commemorate the birth of a free nation after a long and tiresome freedom struggle from British rule.
On this day people pay their heartiest gratitude to the freedom fighters and leaders like Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, Bhagat Singh, Mahatma Gandhi and many others who sacrifice everything for a free nation. We recall the history of our country and honor the nation’s achievement as a whole.
On 15th August,1947, the Indian Flag was hoisted by the first prime minister of India, Pandit Jawahar Lal Neheru, at Red Fort in Delhi. Now it is the tradition that has since been followed by every prime minister with an address to the nation.
This year the Central Government of India has taken a programme “Har Ghar Tiranga” to celebrate “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahatsov”. Indian hoist the tricolor in their homes to develop the connection with the National Flag.
Indian Independence Day is being celebrated in all over the country with great patriotism and this day is also observed as a national holiday.

HAPPY DIWALI 2021
Diwali is the victory of good over evil and light over darkness.
The word Diwali comes from ‘Deepavali’ which means a row of lighted candles. It is a National Holiday of India and celebrated by different religions. This five-day festival is widely associated with worship of Laxmi and Ganesh. The celebrants prepare their home and workplaces with cleaning up, renovation and decoration. It is celebrated with
- Lighting oil lamps (diyas) or candles
- Rangoli creation on floor by using colored powders and flower petals
- Crackers etc
This year, Diwali date is 4th November, 2021 and it is going to be celebrated with only green labeled crackers.
